Shannon Berg

Built as a retirement home, this 3,800 square foot residence sits on a hillside maximizing vistas of the river valley below.  As the clients desired the best views, they kept moving the site up the hill.  Although this created challenging site conditions due to the extremely rocky terrain, we made certain to give them what they envisioned for their Flathead Valley dream home.  Through excavation, rock hammering and blasting, we overcame the obstacles producing a dramatically stunning home.

Peter and his terrific crew were great to work with from early planning, to the first day of construction, to move-in.  Mountain High’s people were creative, patient, reassuring, and flexible, and they brought in some great subcontractors.  They finished earlier than promised, for less money than expected, and we couldn’t be happier!
