Mountain High Construction also offers remodeling and additions to help our clients realize their needs for their existing homes.
The following are a few examples of our work:
Casey Residence
A remodeling project where the objective was to create a retreat for the entire family to enjoy this Northwest Montana lakeside home. To accomplish the task both the client and Mountain High worked extensively with the architect because the primary focus was on maximizing the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Rick Casey gave us the thumbs up to select finish details for him. From faucets and fixtures to lighting and trim pieces, we took care of these touches for him. The final result is a great place for the Casey family to escape to our Montana mountains, with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms!

Brekhus Residence
This remodeling project turned an unusable 1,000 square foot basement into a self-contained, fully–equipped guest apartment. We gutted the basement and put in a full kitchen and bath, bedroom and living area granting guests their very own space. Although most of the project was communicated via phone and email, the Brekhus’s were thoroughly involved in every aspect of their remodel.

Windham Residence
Mentioned previously in our HOMES section, this is a great example of how a remodel, turned into an addition, then turned into an entirely new home for the client. We married the old and the new portions of the house to look as though they were built at the same time, to complement each other with excellent flow and ease.
